Dumpster permit for 5279 NW Edgewood Trail

Monthly Staff Meeting

  • A Project Tracker spreadsheet was presented. It was suggested this could be a way to track, administratively, projects needed throughout the city. In addition, a once-a-month non-mandatory staff meeting was suggested – during which the projects could be discussed, prioritized, needs assessed, timelines determined, and to whom the projects could be assigned for completion. All city staff could be invited to attend the staff meeting.
  • It was suggested, the 4th Wednesday evening of the month, might be a good time to try for a staff meeting so it could alternate with regular City Council meetings, now being held on the 2nd Wednesday evening of the month. It was noted that, in her absence, Alderman Loring should be informed of this idea.

  • The city clerk’s computer has recently been sent to a shop for repairs. It is four and ½ years old and, after review by the shop, it is not recommended to be fixed. A new Chromebook for the City Clerk was recommended.
